Through our Supportive Employment Services, we provide the individuals that we serve with employment supports that allows them to not only secure and retain a full or part-time job in a competitive environment, but also be paid commensurate wages. Our Supportive Employment Services provides individuals in the DDD waiver the opportunity to participate actively in their desire to be independent and employed by providing support such as the development of community-based employment, supplemental training, and long-term job sites supports. Our individuals are encouraged and supported in their choices to identify and fulfill their employment goals and job placement opportunities. The Supportive Employment program is available to employers throughout New Jersey.
