We are committed to supporting people with developmental disabilities to live their lives as independently as they are including working, participating and contributing in the everyday activities of life as valued citizens in the community-at-large.

Our philosophy is that all persons, regardless of their level of disability, can, and should live and work in the community. All persons have the right to dignity, choice, and self-determination.
